Thomas started his career with U.S. Capital Advisors (USCA) in 2011, specializing in comprehensive wealth management planning almost exclusively with oil & gas retirees. As a born and raised Texan, with a father, grandmother and grandfather who all retired from Exxon or ExxonMobil, he understands the importance of optimizing the potential of these retirement plans.
Thomas graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Management and a Master’s degree in Resource Economics. He currently holds his series 7, 66 and state insurance licenses.
After completing the College of Financial Planning required coursework, Thomas received the CFP® designation in 2014. The multi-year program entails in-depth courses, training and comprehensive examinations in all areas of financial planning including investments, taxes, insurance, estate and retirement planning.
Thomas and his wife, Daphne, live on the west side of Houston and enjoy Houston sporting events and spending time with friends and family.
