Mr. Tolbert is a Senior Managing Director at U.S. Capital Advisors. Stephen comes to USCA with almost 35 years of serving clients in the financial industry. Stephen graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Marketing, from The McCombs School of Business. Prior to joining US Capital Advisors in 2022, Stephen spent 19 years at Morgan Stanley, and 13 years at UBS. Stephen lives in Houston with his wife, Julie, and son, Zachary. They enjoy traveling, CrossFit and attending UT football games.
