Mr. Erwin is a Managing Director at U.S. Capital Advisors. He joined USCA from UBS Financial Services, having entered the firm’s Wealth Advisor program in 2007. He previously worked at RBC Dain Rauscher where he began his career serving high net worth families and private foundations.
As an advisor to high net worth families on complex financial planning, Mr. Erwin’s particular focus is on multi-generational wealth transfer strategies. He also splits his responsibilities to serve and advise senior executives of public companies with solutions involving corporate services. Nick implements 10(b)5-1 plans, tax and liability mitigation strategies, retirement programs, and legacy planning strategies. In addition to being a FINRA Registered Representative, Mr. Erwin holds the General Lines – Insurance License.
Mr. Erwin earned a BA from Vanderbilt University, and attended Rice University’s Certified Financial Planner program, ultimately earning the accreditation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). He currently serves on the Advisor Outreach Committee of The Greater Houston Community Foundation. Mr. Erwin also serves as an active member of The Story Houston. Nick is proud to have become a Texas transplant early in life and today resides in Houston with his wife and their four young children.
