Mr. Galloway is a Financial Advisor at U.S. Capital Advisors.  He comes to USCA after spending over a decade with ExxonMobil’s Baytown Fuels and Lubricants Organization.  During his time with ExxonMobil, Mr. Galloway spent eight years as an executive with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers and in 2014 became the president of Local Lodge 12, which represents machinists within the facility.

As a craftsman with ExxonMobil, Mr. Galloway completed apprenticeships both as a machinist and as a millwright.  His day-to-day duties as Union President included working with company leaders to develop policies and programs that benefitted the working community.  Mr. Galloway’s time spent leading negotiations for the workforce in Baytown allowed him to gain a detailed understanding of the Employee Benefits Programs, which include the ExxonMobil Pension Plan and Employee Savings Plan, among others.

Nathan is a lifelong Texan, with roots in the Houston area.  He resides today in Atascocita, with his wife Tiffany and their three children.  He is an avid sports fan and enjoys cheering for the Rockets, Astros, and Texans.  Throughout the year you can find him coaching his children in youth sports, competing in local BBQ competitions, and involving himself in activities throughout his community.
