Mr. Lavergne is a Senior Managing Director at U.S. Capital Advisors.  Todd comes to USCA with almost 25 years in the financial industry.  He began his career in 1990 with Merrill Lynch.  In 2000, he joined UBS to open an office in the Woodlands and later helped transform the Galleria and downtown complex into some of the most influential offices in Houston.

He is active in his church and local charities.  Currently he sits on the Government Relations Advisory Committee and the Energy Collaborative Workforce.  Todd is married with three boys.
