Marian “Spook” Willoughby is a Director on the Public Finance Group of U.S. Capital Advisors.
With over 24 years of experience in the securities industry, Spook works with issuers in both the tax-exempt and taxable markets. Her expertise includes debt structuring, strategic and analytical analysis, and capital planning and client interaction.
Prior to joining USCA she served as Vice President at Coastal Securities. Before joining Coastal Securities, Ms. Willoughby worked as a Financial/Management Analyst for Knudson & Associates and the City of Houston compiling and analyzing financial information on special projects, focusing on annexations, debt restructuring, and economic forecasts.
Ms. Willoughby holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance and International Business from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary’s College/Notre Dame University. She holds both the Series 7 and a Series 63 license.
