Ben Rosenberg is a Managing Director in the Public Finance Group of U.S. Capital Advisors located in the Austin, TX office.  He works with a variety of issuers including cities, counties, river and water authorities, water supply corporations, utility districts, and various other governmental entities. 

Prior to joining USCA he served as Senior Vice President at Coastal Securities after working in the municipal government industry in Texas for over 25 years.  During 19 of those years, Mr. Rosenberg worked with over 150 different public finance professionals in the public sector.  Mr. Rosenberg’s background includes service in the public sector as a city finance director and for an international accounting firm as an accounting industry professional and business consultant. 

Mr. Rosenberg holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.  He also holds both FINRA Series 7 and 63 Securities Licenses.
