Mr. Sease is an Executive Director in U.S. Capital’s Investment Banking group and is actively involved in the sourcing and diligence of the firm’s alternative investment funds, co-investments and direct investments. Jeff has numerous years of experience evaluating and managing private market investment opportunities. Jeff has been with USCA since 2018 and has assisted in the sourcing and management of venture capital investment opportunities for the firm. Prior to joining USCA, he worked at Crestline Denali Capital managing portfolios of leveraged commercial loans and related assets across various industries. Prior to Crestline, Jeff worked in the Private Equity and Transaction Services group at BKD, LLP, a CPA and advisory firm, where he performed due diligence on M&A transactions. Jeff also worked in BKD’s Commercial Loan Review advisory practice where he underwrote commercial loan portfolios and evaluated credit policies for commercial banks. Jeff holds a B.B.A in both Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business and an MBA from Rice University’s Jones School of Business.
