Mr. Pedraza is an Associate in USCA’s investment banking group and is involved in both diligence and capital formation around the firm’s alternative investment funds, co-investments and direct investments. Prior to joining USCA, he worked for Jubilee Royalty LLC, a boutique mineral management company based in New York City, managing investor relations & new business development for both limited and individual private partnerships. In tandem with his work at Jubilee, he was involved with several early-stage energy-transition and clean-energy technology companies where he assisted with capital formation, strategic partnerships, and business development. Prior to working for Jubilee, Mr. Pedraza acted as VP of Business Development for Studi, LLC, an early-stage education technology company providing case management software to universities and K-12 schools & districts. Before working for Studi, Mr. Pedraza worked for Torres Financial Services, an investment advisory practice in his hometown, San Antonio, Texas. At TFS, Mr. Pedraza managed all marketing systems and acted as a registered Solicitor Referral Agent prospecting for new accounts. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University's Mays Business School with a B.B.A in Marketing.
