Institutional Client Group - U.S. Capital Advisors is uniquely positioned to offer U.S. Energy Infrastructure as the core focus of its institutional client business. Our institutional clients are provided timely corporate access and research combined with the superior idea generation and sector flows of our experienced sales and trading team. 

Research – USCA has a nationally recognized energy sector research team led by James Carreker. Focused exclusively on the North American energy and energy infrastructure sectors, our research group provides unbiased and independent fundamental company and industry research.  

Investment Banking - With an emphasis on energy, we continue to develop the relationships built over many years with public companies, private companies and private equity funds. Complimented by our equity research and the industry experience of our team, we can provide valuable insight and advice to our clients. We also help public companies raise equity capital through a growing syndicate capability.

Merchant Banking – We are focused on arranging and negotiating equity and debt commitments from institutional sources of capital, and in select transactions where appropriate, we will co-invest alongside our clients.
